We believe in the freedom to style your collection. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process for eligible items.
Step 1: Initiate Request
Log in to your ROSHH account and navigate to the 'Returns' section. Select the item you wish to exchange or return and follow the simple prompts to initiate your request.
Step 2: Package Securely
Ensure your jewellery is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Use a sturdy box to protect the pieces during transit to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Step 3: Ship to ROSHH
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a tracking number. Ship your package to the address provided by our customer support team to initiate the process.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
